This gap will be eliminated once installed because of pressure applied from both sides of the wall.

- ✔ GAP IS NOT A DEFECT: As this is a no-tools required pressure mounted gate, it comes with an initial gap in the lock. That’s not a defect, it will go away on tightly rotating the bolts. So for correct installation, tightly rotate the bolts to make the gap go away.
